During the last days I refined the cutting method for the bottle drinking glasses. I build a cutter in which the bottle rotates on (skateboard) wheels. The thermal stress (that splits the glass in the end) is now generated with a small propane torch instead of alternating between hot and cold water. The bottle rotates on the same cordless drill turntable as in the last video but the screw has a bit of play. This way swapping out bottles is easy because its possible to stop the rotation easily.
